If you think you are missing an email notification from us, there are a few different actions you can take:
Make sure you’re using the right email address for your account
If you are using a new email account, make sure we have it on your profile. To check your email address on your account:
- Go to Account Settings on usesixty.com
- Scroll down to Email
- Check the email account we have on file for your confirmation email
- Optionally, update your email address on file
Search your inbox and spam folders
We know that emails sometimes get lost in a crowded inbox. Try searching your inbox for keywords like “Sixty”, “confirmation”, “booked”, or other words related to the email you should have received.
Sometimes your email provider might mistake our message for spam. If you find one of our emails in your spam folder, add [email protected] to your address book, contacts, or “whitelist” so our emails end up in your inbox next time.
Check for issues with your email provider
Emails are typically delivered instantly, but they can sometimes be delayed by a few hours. If you are experiencing issues, please contact your email provider and check for configuration issues or network problems.
