Great news! Working over screen-share is super efficient and oftentimes you’ll actually solve issues faster than expected. We encourage you to use any extra time to provide more value to your client. Point out other areas where they can optimize workflow or fix issues you noticed. You can ask the client to perform an overall audit to make sure everything looks up to best practice or offer training. 

Sessions that end shorter than the reserved time will be billed at your rate, prorated to the minute. The minimum charge will be for 50% of the reserved time.
