The most efficient way to reschedule is to have your client pick a new time from your up-to-date calendar. You can initiate a reschedule:
- Navigate to the Session portal
- Click Reschedule in the lower left below the session summary
- Write a note to your client so they know why you're rescheduling.
This will send an email to your client prompting them to reschedule. They will be taken directly to your calendar page to make it even easier & faster. They will not be charged if this is a late reschedule.

Right now, experts cannot reschedule session from the Session Portal. We'll be updating this shortly. Please contact support if you have any issues or don't hear back from your client.
